Reel Review: A Very Jonas Christmas is the Perfect Feel Good Holiday Film

Boybands are back and better than ever! The Jonas Brothers debuted their newest Christmas movie to Disney+ and A Very Jonas Christmas is the perfect way to start your holiday season!

While Kevin, Joe, and Nick (all playing themselves) are amazing on stage, it’s their off-stage relationship that suffers in the film. After one special performance, the three brothers are set on going their separate ways for the holidays in order to be with their significant others. What they don’t plan on is an entire airport shutdown, one wrong train to Amsterdam, and embarking on the most chaotic adventure home.

The film also offers new songs sung by the Jonas Brothers, which are sure to be stuck in your head! Besides the Jonas family, the cast is filled with star-studded cameos from Andrew Barth Feldman, KJ Apa, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Chloe Bennet, Will Ferrell, and more! Each one adds comedy and banter alongside their journey.

A Very Jonas Christmas takes a heartfelt turn, as the brothers discover the true meaning of the holidays is being together. The film also shows real-life flashbacks to the boys growing up in New Jersey. The Jonas Brothers are a staple part of many childhoods and this film creates such nostalgia, feeling like old school Disney Channel days!

From cameos to musical performances, the Jonas Brothers really delivered with this film. It was funny, heartfelt, nostalgic, and filled with so much Christmas magic! A Very Jonas Christmas is the perfect holiday film to watch with the whole family this season!

A Very Jonas Christmas is now available on Hulu and Disney+!
